Gedragscode en Vertrouwencontactpersoon
Bij stichting Voor Elkaar Amersfoort vinden we het belangrijk dat iedereen op een respectvolle manier met elkaar omgaat. Toch kan het voorkomen dat je te maken krijgt met vervelende situaties zoals pesten, (seksuele) intimidatie, discriminatie en agressie tijdens je vrijwilligerswerk. Heb je tijdens je vrijwilligerswerk te maken gehad met ongewenst gedrag of andere onaangename zaken en kom je er met de coördinator niet helemaal uit?
Dan kun je terecht bij onze vertrouwenscontactpersoon (VCP). Ook als je twijfelt, neem juist dan contact op om af te stemmen.
Een VCP is er om in alle vertrouwelijkheid te praten over dit soort situaties. De VCP luistert naar je en helpt je te weten waar je hulp kunt krijgen en wat je kunt doen.
